The Secret to Happiness ?

Westerners have long sought out the mysterious spiritual truths of "the East".

Now they have been succinctly revealed. In Being Indian by Pavan Varma (Penguin, 2004), he writes:

The Indian is so prepared for the worst, that when things are just bad, he considers himself lucky.

Something to consider, for all us middle class Westerners with an overblown sense of entitlement.
